 Jay Pack, Chairman
Jay Pack is the former owner and CEO of Standard Fruit & Vegetable Co., Inc., a $400 million integrated repacker, logistics, and value-added produce company, with distribution in thirty-five states. The company was sold to Del Monte Fresh, a NYSE company, in January 2003.
Jay is Chairman and Director of Dallas based Combs Produce Co., and also serves on the Board of Directors for River Point Farms, Mission Produce and Earthbound Farms. Jay is very active within the Produce Marketing Association, an industry trade association, and is currently a Director of the PMA |
 Jeff Partridge, CEO
Jeff is a proven foodservice and wholesale executive who joined Combs Produce in April 2010. Prior to joining Combs Produce, Jeff purchased and grew Wickham Supply, a wholesale distributor of landscape and irrigation products from a local distributor to a regional wholesaler before selling the company to Pool Corp (POOL – NASD). A 13 year veteran executive at The Coca Cola Company, Jeff held the title of Vice President, National Accounts. In that capacity Jeff was responsible for leading the company’s efforts with both national and global customer relationships, and was one of three executives responsible for Coca-Cola’s headquarter team managing the global Wal-Mart business.

 Dana Goodman, Chief Financial Officer
Dana has worked in financial positions throughout the produce supply chain, beginning in 1990, when she joined the California Certified Organic Farmers as their Administrative Director. Dana also held the position of Controller and acting CFO for Standard Fruit and Vegetable based in Dallas, TX at the time of their sale to Del Monte Fresh Produce in 2003. Goodman continued with Del Monte through 2006 when she left the industry to serve as Corporate Controller of the Roofing Supply Group. Dana joined the Combs Team in October 2008

Doug Dobbs, COO
Doug Dobbs is a proven operations and management executive. His track record of success includes both start-up companies and major multibillion dollar multinational firms such as Dole and Odwalla (a Coke company). Most recently, Doug was a Board of Director and VP of supply chain for Wild Rocket Foods of Riverside, CA, the exclusive supplier to the US Tesco venture. Additionally, Doug led a vertical integration effort for the Morning Star Company, the world's leading tomato processor, in Woodland, CA and oversaw customer service and logistics for Dole's fresh division in Salinas, CA. |
 Brett Combs, VP Sales & Marketing
Brett graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1990 with a BA in Finance and immediately went to work for Combs produce, building Combs into one of the most successful produce re-packers in the region. |
 Scotty Huizinga, VP Tomato Division
Scotty brings over 20 years experience in the produce industry. Scotty started his career with Affiliated Foods in Amarillo and then joined Standard Fruit and Vegetable in 1995 where he assumed the role as head of Tomato Operations. Scotty was in charge of all tomato procurement where he purchased 200-250 loads per week for Standard. Scotty joined The Combs Team in February 2010 as vice President of Combs Tomato Division. |
